(Valley Center, Calif.) – July 31, 2009 – Due to popular demand, Black&Blue, the award-winning steakhouse located inside Valley View Casino, recently announced that it will begin booking private group events in addition to hosting wine tastings, chef demonstrations and other food related events. The steakhouse, known as "the place for steak" will be open on Mondays and Tuesdays exclusively for private parties and group events.

"We are always looking for new ways to please our guests. At the request of our patrons, we are entering the world of small to mid sized banquet events," said Howard Silver, vice president of food and beverage at Valley View Casino. "We've seen a remarkable amount of inquiries for larger dining events at the steakhouse and look forward to delving into something new. Our banquet events, like everything else, will match the Valley View Casino brand: fun, exciting and first class."

The restaurant can accommodate intimate groups of 20 and large groups up to 100 people. On Wednesdays through Sundays, the restaurant will serve its regular dinner menu starting at 5:00pm.
