VALLEY CENTER, CA – January 22, 2020 – The new year has brought a new director to help lead the award-winning Food & Beverage team at San Diego’s Favorite Casino, Valley View Casino & Hotel. Their new Food & Beverage Director, Maneesh Rawat, has joined the Valley View team to enhance their award-winning cuisine and to raise the level of guest service to one that is higher than ever before.
Rawat is a highly skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He comes to Valley View from The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, where he served as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for the past seven years.
During his time at The Resort at Pelican Hill, Maneesh led a team of 350 experienced F&B professionals. He was heavily involved with daily operations throughout the Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort. Through his passion and strong leadership skills, Rawat inspired his staff members to take pride in their position and to always provide guests with exceptional, personalized guest service.

Rawat will be overseeing all of the food and beverage venues available to guests throughout Valley View Casino & Hotel while working with the leadership team and their teammates to achieve new heights in guest service levels.
